Prunes wrapped with bacon

For 4 persons


Preparation : 30 mns
cooking : 10 mns

 

Ingredients :
1 bag of pitted prunes Lou Prunel
1 pack of thin bacon slices
1 pack of thoothpick


Cut each bacon in 2 parts lengthwise
Wrap the prune with 1/2 bacon slice and put a toothpick through them.
Heat the oven and put the prunes under the grill.

Grill them 4 to 5 mns on one side and turn them to grill them on the other side 4 to 5 mns.

Eat them still warm during the aperitif !
