Canapés Pruneaux-Roquefort


For 4 persons


Ingredients : 


10 “very big” pitted Agen prunes 
20 slices of rye bread
 ½ glass of cognac 100g of Roquefort 


Preparation : 

Split the prunes in two part ,lengthwise 
Mix the butter and the Roquefort with the cognac 
Spread over slices of bread
Add half-prunes on the top
